Our Return Policy and Process:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Picture Perfect by TLC gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. We do not offer cash refunds.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges, but you are able to utilize the return policy above to repurchase other item(s) on our site.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns:

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

• An irregular or excessive returns history.

• An irregular or excessive returns history involving broken, altered, damaged, or missing items; or

• Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Non-Picture Perfect by TLC items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt and a return will not be processed until the correct item is received within the 30-day return period.

Free Shipping:

Free shipping applies to orders between January 15th, 2022, to July 15, 2022. After the free shipping Grand Opening period, free shipping will only apply to orders over $75.00.

How long does it take to receive my order? Due to the delivery issues, we are currently facing, we ask that you give your packages at least 7-10 business days to arrive.

Estimated delivery dates will be noted on the product's page and at checkout.

Special Locations

• Expedited orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require 3-7 additional days to deliver.

• Orders shipping from China may require 7-14 additional days to deliver.

 

Gift Cards
Electronic Gift Cards are sent via EMAIL. The recipient's name, sender's name, a message and the eGift Card amount are printed in the digital e-gift card email. More information about our Gift Cards can be found here.
